Shipping and Returns


  • Shipping time varies depending on the supplier. Please allow up to 2 weeks.

  • For your items to get to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may sometimes be shipped out in separate packages. So if you haven't received everything you ordered yet, don't worry - they're on their way!

  • IMPORTANT: Please look over your order to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you have submitted the wrong one, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before your order is sent out. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to just place a new order.

  • Please note that orders may incur additional charges, such as customs, duties and taxes for which we are not responsible. Please also be aware that some items have shipping restrictions and may not be able to be shipped to certain countries. 


  • If you're not happy with your order email us within 14 days at

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags attached. Swimsuits must have their hygienic liners still in place.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For sanitary reasons, when you first get your swimsuit, please try it on over underwear in case you need to return it.

  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first:
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
